Cub Scouts follow on from Beavers and members are usually 8 to 10½ years. Our activities aim to offer excitement and adventure; whilst offering young people to be creative and show awareness for their community. Our previous activities have included:
- Fire and ice camp.
- Learning about the forces of nature.
- Using a climbing wall.
- 10 pin bowling.
- Cub Camp.
- Archery.
- Zip Wire.
- Martial arts.
- Cycle training.
- Electronics.
- Learning to cook.
- Cub Camp.
- Roller Skating.
- Grass Sledging.
We actively encourage parents and carers to volunteer in our group. Do you have an interesting occupation or hobby that our Cubs would like to hear about? if so, please talk to our leaders. Alternatively you might like to volunteer at one of our activity evenings, an extra pair of hands is always welcome.
